Anyone who is registered in a local club as a full member of a club that belongs to an official national club, which is a full member of the umbrella organization Vespa Club Europa (VCE) and Vespa World Club (VWC).
Registration is done through the official registration site of Vespa Club Europa (VCE). Each Vespa club receives access (username and password) for registration from VCE. Of course, it's ideal if applications are filled out by the national club or at least the local club (this way bank and payment sending costs can be reduced).

The paid ticket price will not be refunded in case of non-participation. Tickets can be transferred to other participants only by name, all the rest details will remain the same. (menu, t-shirt size, etc...)
At the end of registration, the entire amount is due to the organizer and cancellation is no longer possible. The club that registered the members is responsible for transferring the total amount. Tickets will only be released when the organizer receives the full amount.

Long-term parking is available from Wednesday, 11.06.2025, at a specially designated parking place and is valid until Sunday 15.06.2025, but leaving is allowed only once.

All citizens of EU countries do not need a visa. You can enter Serbia with just an ID card or any valid document with a photo.
No, there are no public parking spaces at the location. Only registered visitors can park their Vespa in the "guarded parking" at the designated location. Entry and exit checks are carried out by security personnel.
Guests with purchased daily tickets also do not have the option of parking in the secured parking for participants with "full" purchased tickets.
Yes, in the Vespa Village daily between the official start and end of EVW. If items are not picked up by the end of the event, they will be distributed or discarded. We do not forward items by mail or courier services.
Keep in mind that traffic regulations must be observed, especially maximum allowed speeds.
Headlights on cars and motorcycles are mandatory on roads in Serbia. During the day, on a motor vehicle while driving in traffic on the road, low beams, or daytime running lights, must be switched on.
Vehicles with a maximum design speed of less than 50 km/h may not drive on the highway and motorway. 125 cc is the minimum cubic capacity of the vehicle that you can use on the highway.
